Fiberglass tissue is made up with strands produced by chopping of fiberglass yarns. According to paper making method, these strands are distributed randomly and uniformly and they are glued by emulsion.

Features and Classification
The fiberglass felt features good impregnation, high mechanical strength, insulation capability, chemical corrosion resistance, fire resistance, flame retardance, aging resistance, watertightness, and weather resistance. The tissue is made using wet production process from Germany. It serves an ideal material for heat preservation, noise reduction, heat insulation and electric insulation. Based on different applications, our product is divided into fiberglass roofing type, fiberglass carpet type, fiberglass waterproof type and chopped strand fiberglass mat.

Package
The fiberglass felt is winded on a paper core with internal diameter as 76mm and then be put into a paper carton. The carton is wrapped up with a polyethylene packing bag and the bag mouth is tied tightly with a live button using polyester rope. Then these cartons are stacked on trays. 12 cartons are stacked vertically and 9 or 6 cartons are placed horizontally on every tray. The height of tray stack is not greater than two layers while the height of carton stack should not be more than three layers.

A. Fiberglass Roofing Tissue
Fiberglass roofing tissue is an ideal substrate material for manufacturing of SBS, APP modified asphalt waterproof roll and colorful bitumen fiberglass tile. The longitudinal strength and the tearing strength of the product are improved greatly by longitudinal reinforcement. The roofing felt has many advantages such as high tensile strength, dimensional stability, corrosion resistance, water resistance, aging resistance, weather resistance, anti-embrittlement, easy bitumen impregnation and percolation resistance.

B. Fiberglass Surfacing Tissue
Exclusive production process leads to smooth surface, uniformity of fiber distribution, soft hand-feeling, good air permeability, quick resin permeation. The tissue is suitable for FRP hand lay-up, pultrusion, filament winding and molding process.
